The Beta Partnership Programme.
Straightline is taking on a small number of beta partners in its first year.
You get the full engagement on beta terms, and you pay for the build only when the result we agreed to is measured.
We ask only for the proof that the work stands up.
Three commitments.
An analysis on where you are losing time and money
We walk your highest-volume processes with the people who run them, and put a number on what each one costs you a week: hours lost, errors, rework, money out the door. The findings are yours, whether or not we build anything.
One or two fixes, and you pay on results
Working tools your team opens on Monday morning, at beta rates for the whole engagement. The build fee is fixed in the quotation and invoiced only once the result we agreed to in writing is measured. If it does not land, you do not pay for the build.
Grant funding as a key agenda
We recommend the best solution for your business first. Then a meaningful share of our effort goes into finding what your company qualifies for and working through the claim with you. Not every element will be eligible, and we will say so plainly.
Beta terms exist because early partners give us something money cannot.
Your team's time
Six to eighteen hours across the engagement, with the people who do the work — showing us how it is done today, where it hurts, and running the new process as designed while we measure it.
A short testimonial, once it is working
A few words on what changed, and permission to use your company name.
Two referrals, once the result lands
Owners like you, who face the same problems you did. If it works, you pay and you refer. If it does not, neither.
One conversation.
We walk one of your processes together, end to end. By the end of it you will know whether there is something here worth doing — and if there isn't, we will tell you so.

Beta terms are limited to eight partners. Scope, pricing, the result we measure and the date we measure it are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Discovery is billed as it is delivered; the build fee is invoiced on the agreed result. Grant eligibility rests with your company's own circumstances and the relevant agency; it is not guaranteed, and not every element of a solution will qualify.
